Tender Specialist

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare the required documents during the tender preparation stage and submit them in accordance with the relevant regulations;
  • Prepare the description of works and requirements according to the purpose of the tender;
  • Monitor the procedures for submission and receipt of tender proposals;
  • Identify tenders announced by state and commercial organizations that match the company’s field of activity;
  • Prepare the required documents and protocols for the tender in a timely manner and ensure their registration;
  • Define tender conditions, contract requirements, technical specifications, and legal terms;
  • Conduct correspondence and negotiations related to the tender process;
  • Analyze requirements and communicate them to management;
  • Represent the company during the tender process;
  • Expand the customer base;
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the progress of tender processes;
  • Maintain a high level of communication and presentation skills.

Requirements

  • Higher education;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani; English and Russian are desirable;
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience (experience in the construction sector is an advantage);
  • Ability to work with the E-taxes online document management system and the E-tender government portal;
  • Proficient in 1C (8.3) and MS Office programs;
  • Ability to conduct market research and possess software skills.

Work Conditions

  • Work schedule: Full-time (5 days a week)
  • Working hours: 09:00–18:00
  • Salary: Based on interview results
